SPECIAL TRAVEL ORDER MOBILITY CLASS ACTION

Two established St. John’s law firms with a long history of representing individuals in class actions and large plaintiff civil actions have joined forces to file a class action on behalf of Canadian citizens and permanent residents who are unable to come to their property in Newfoundland and Labrador this year due to the May 15, 2020 Special Order restricting travel to the Province.
